Sunday, August 3rd
|
Welcome to the North Coast!
Sunday evening enjoy hors d'oeuvres and soft
drinks |
Monday, August 4th
|
Blocksburg Run. Travel through the
Redwoods and scenic country side.
Enjoy sack lunches.
Dinner will be a western barbecue with live music for the evening. |
Tuesday, August 5th
|
Tour the
Victorian Village of Ferndale.
Visit the Humboldt Creamery and the Loleta Cheese Factory.
Make a coffee stop at the Southern Jetty of the Pacific Ocean
Sack lunches.
Dinner will be of your own choice. |
Wednesday, August 6th
|
Choose the
route of your liking:
Route 1: Petrolia route has long hills but a beautiful
countryside with the Pacific Ocean and ranchland as well as the
Redwoods
Route 2: Drive the flatlands
south to Chapman's Mineral Shop.
Stop and visit the fish hatchery at the
Pacific Lumber Company
Both tours will meet for
lunch at a scenic campsite along the Eel River.
Spend as much time as you'd like touring the Redwoods.
Return to tour the auto restoration shop and enjoy a fish-fry
dinner at the park.

Thursday, August 7th
|
Eureka Run
through scenic farmland and stopping at Sequoia Park.
Stop at Harpers Auto Collection.
Lunch will be served at the Samoa Cook House.
While in Samoa visit the Roundhouse Train Station.
Head to 2nd street in Eureka for an afternoon of browsing and
entertainment.
Visit the World War II landing craft 1091.
Return for a banquet dinner. |
