ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the Pioneer Automobile Touring Club will be
held Wednesday evening time and place to be announced.
LODGING
You’ll like our headquarters in South Portland/Scarborough. When
we receive your tour registration form, we will send you the lodging
registration details so that you may make your own lodging
reservations.
MEALS
We have planned some of the tour meals - the opening and ending
banquets, and lunches
where the foraging is difficult. In late April, we will send you the
meal order forms for the planned meals. You will not have to sign up
for all the meals, however, Tuesday, and Thursday noon meals have
been set up as there is nothing else in the immediate area.
PARKING
The headquarters inn has space for our trailers in their large
parking lot on the Inn grounds. Motor homes cannot park at the inn,
but there is a campground, Wassamki Spring Camping Area, less than 5
miles from the inn. We will provide details when you register for
the tour.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Maine Mall, the largest mall in Maine is just a
miles from the inn.
TOUR
