DIY Primer Cups

Post by MochetVelo » Sun Oct 28, 2018 7:36 am

These primer cups were on my 1911 Hupmobile when I purchased it. I thought nothing of them until the restoration, only then realizing they were made up of plumbing fittings.

How's the restoration going. Some pics would be nice. Cheers Pete

The Hupmobile is actually on the road. I went over it mechanically and restored the top, though no painting as yet. We took it on two HCCA tours this fall (25 and 50 miles) with success.

The Model 20 is not over-powered, but it runs nicely. We end up arriving with the 2-cylinder cars, but that's OK; gives us more time to enjoy the scenery.
