Selling my father, Gary Hoonsbeen`s 1904 Cadillac (he passed away in 2016). He acquired the car in the late 1980`s as a disassembled collection of parts. Over several years he completely restored the car and it has been used for touring since.
I have completed several updates on the car:
New fenders were made (as seen)
the hood and dash were removed, stripped, and repainted
The water and gas tanks were removed cleaned and repainted
The car is running great (as can be seen in the video).
He always considered this one of his most reliable touring cars.
Restored by my dad Gary Hoonsbeen. He spent over 6-years on the restoration, completing what you see in 2012
The car was discovered in a barn in Massachusetts in the 1960`s and eventually found its way to my dad`s possession.
He meticulously restored, refurbished, or replaced each component. The attached video shows the car displayed at the 2012 Minneapolis Auto Show. The car was never started for several reasons (including health), but he tested the systems and felt it was pretty much done
Several parts were removed as he tinkered with it, but I have them all.
