Welcome to the 75th Anniversary
HCCA Diamond Jubilee Convention

The Horseless Carriage Club of America celebrated their 75th Anniversary in Van Nuys, California in February, 2012.   Van Nuys, a suburb of Los Angeles, is important because Los Angeles was the birthplace of the Club.
The stage was set for an awesome Convention.  In the grand ballroom seven horseless carriages were on display with a backdrop of vintage memorabilia from the horseless carriage era.  These were some very fine examples of what horseless carriages and the HCCA are all about.   Surrounding the cars were some very beautiful pictures loaned for exhibition by the Sharpsteen family, vintage memorabilia loaned by the Powels family and many other great items to look at.  In the hotel lobby was a display of early motorcycles

Complete coverage of the HCCA Diamond Jubilee Conveention will be in the December 2012 HCCA Gazette.
